Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage am Meer. Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sind sehr gut und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt während unseres Aufenthaltes.

Great rooms, clean, spacious and comfortable. Good shower. No noise from the pub.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the bathroom was also a good size with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, which helped us get a great night's sleep. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options available. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the lovely garden view. It was peaceful and relaxing, and it added to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The surroundings were beautiful and well looked after. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

On the downside, the hotel was quite expensive for what was offered, and some aspects did not fully justify the price. We were also disappointed that we did not receive a sea view, which was one of the things we had been looking forward to. While the garden view was pleasant, it was not the same experience.

Beautiful location overlooking the Bristol Channel, superb staff who really were wonderfully attentive and considerate of all requests, fantastic room. Excellent value for money.

More than one coffee bag for in room coffee, but that is a really minor thing!

We had a lovely stay at the Royal. The room was excellent and very comfortable. We did report a pungent smell from the bathroom and Chris the staff member was brilliant offering us free breakfast for the inconvenience caused. Will definately stay there again when visiting Portishead.😉

Loved the location of the hotel, the large patio area for outside dining and the stylish decor
