There was not breakfast, but a few steps away was two shops that served hot food.

It was clean

refrigerator, elevator, and Netflix is hard to find they had it.

The location is great but not the unit, the smell was not good, too strong and cheap smell.

The owner is impolite, and not accommodating.

Great location. Cozy, quiet room with all the necessary amenities. Good WiFi and Netflix. Good water pressure and hot water.

All good, Im greatful the Host is super responsive to my chats. and thankful as the Host considerably offered that I can checkin early, coz I mentioned if I can have a meeting at1:30pm at the lobby.and she offered, so we checkin around 1 Nice Clean room, 1 large bed that can totally fit 2 person Provided 2Slippers which we used 1 for Bathroom and for the 1room Provided dishwashing liquid, good thing coz I had to wash the Electric Kettle that needs washing due to some water stains left, but was all good when I used to heat water Same with the microwave and ref,tv and netflix, working good Loveee the Wifi, I work remotely so I was able to have a meeting and work, the connection works well I even put the netflix on while working, all good They put info about the water interruption schedule, but we didn't encounter any water connection issues Its good that that they also provided a Jug of Tap water just in case the guest needs it Agreed to reviews here that theres no cellular connection but theres strong Wifi connection, so no need to worry Bathroom all good, the bidet and shower works well even the heater 👍🏼, They provided towels and 1roll of tissue and some soap and shampoo Near session road and SM, but still struggling goinback to the room, bcoz of up and down path😅which we didnt expect Also theres no view from our room, which is not a big thing for us, just a note to others who wants a balcony view The room doesnt have aircon but given the cold area and the fan, so it was still cold inside the room, just a note to others as well Overall Love the stay in here!

Nothing, just the kettle that needs to be double checked, still no biggie on my end coz it was really washable and the dishwashing liquid provided

The host: Ms. Virginia was so pleasant and accommodating when she warmly welcomed us in her meek, shipshape unit, which is just located on the second floor of the condominium. She was so kind to allow us to check-in an hour early without extra charge. The Location: This property is approximately just a 10-minute walk from SM City Baguio and a 5-minute walk from Session Road. It's got a peaceful vicinity and there are also stores on the ground floor of the building. The reminders posted in the room: These reminders are helpful and also mentioned in the advert of this this property. The host was honest enough to say that the unit doesn't have a cell service. Wi-Fi: Fast and reliable Toilet: Squeaky-clean, spacious, rain shower with a water heater that works perfectly YouTube premium and Netflix | Room flip-flops | Freshly washed sheets and bath towels | Plenty of wall sockets in the unit | Well-kept unit

Accommodation itself was good, location is perfect as well….

…as somebody has mentioned already, loud music and karaoke in next apartment started at 2am till 4.30am is a big serious problem …there is window in the room, facing to wall in front of. Not so much day light
