Location

It is understood that a condo would be subject to neighbors chatter. We’re always waken up by loud music coming from somewhere at around 6am & sometimes after 10pm.

Very ideal location, walking distance to session road, SM, Burnham Park, and bus station. Property is very clean and well maintained. Owner is very accommodating and responsive to requests.

Not the owners fault but due to the water shortage in Baguio during our stay, there is a schedule for water interruption for the whole building.

The owner of the property is very accomodating and responsive. The unit is very clean and their bed is so comfortable to make a rest. The owner always informed us regarding disconnection of electricity and water.
