Getting in lock box and getting key was easy with the instructions given. Kids loved the space. So did my wife. Unique design of the house. Really felt large and spacious.

Key box was difficult to find. It wasn't eye level so it was sort of a treasure hunt. We didn't have wash clothes. The shower curtain didn't hang low enough so water spilled onto the floor. The master bedroom needed a lamp. The room was really dark once the sun set.
