The bed was ok

The dirt on the windows and mirrors. The fact that our taxi was not allowed to come and pick up our luggage because there was a function later. I had to shout so the taxi could come and pick up what was already down. After i went back to my room to finish picking the luggage, (5mn) the taxi had been sent back by the reception. I was angry and called back the taxi.
