Very Disappointing Stay – Not Up to FabHotel Standards This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had in the last 15 years. The actual condition of the hotel was nothing like what was advertised on Booking.com – completely misleading. The room had old linen, dirty and stained walls, and not even basic amenities like packaged drinking water were provided. It definitely did not meet the usual FabHotel standards. Overall, a very poor and unsatisfactory stay at FabHotel Savi Inn. Would not recommend.

The hotel is located in the centre and prime location. The approach to the hotel is inside an unknown place. While using google map, it was confusing to get the place. The size of the room is also small. Difficult to recognise the staff.

Facilities like one way airport shuttle service and free wi fi in the room showing in the booking.com application were unfulfilled. The behaviour of the person sitting at the reception was not up to mark. When I showed him the screenshot of the same, he was reluctant to listen to my request for providing the facilities mentioned. Even one bottle of mineral water was not provided except for first day. Late check out was also denied despite informing the same in advance. I checked in in the evening. It was mentioned in the display of hotel for early check in and late check out. Over all unsatisfied with the promise made unfulfilled by the hotel.

Proximity to Mantri Mall: The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Mantri Mall, which is great for shopping and dining options.

Rude Staff Behavior: From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially the receptionist, was unreasonably rude. I politely asked my family to use the elevator after confirming the reservation, but the receptionist got upset about procedures I wasn’t informed of. When I asked him to relax, he remained visibly irritated. Unpleasant Attitude from Helpers: When we requested a clean towel (as the one provided was not clean), the staff who brought the replacement behaved in a very unpleasant and uncomfortable manner, giving rude looks which made both me and my wife feel uneasy. Poor Vehicle Access: If you're arriving by car, be aware that there is no proper turning space near the hotel. We had to reverse about 200 meters to get back from the hotel, which is quite inconvenient. Limited Parking: The hotel can accommodate only one car at a time for parking, which is not mentioned in the listing or description online.

Front office management is not concerned about the guest needs ,they are busy with their own stuffs .not bother at all

The hotel was a hidden gem, close to Mantri Mall. The staff was helpful, the accommodations were beautiful and the room was spacious as well as neat and clean. It couldn't have been better.
