Location in a back street of Tulum . A lovely street with excellent bars and restaurants. We much preferred being here than in the main drag . Lovely hotel environment with big room and was quiet at night. Nice pool area and yoga on site a bonus.

Best location in La Veleta, and everywhere is so clean and tidy. Swimming pool is small, but beautiful. Everyone that works there is so friendly.

Everything is perfect.

Great location, friendly and attentive staff, spacious rooms. Nice peaceful atmosphere and nice gardens. The breakfast was great and the poolside was clean and comfortable. Nice guests.

Rooms were a little empty - some more decorations would go a long way... a little art, some furniture. The staff were kind and added a couch for us.

Very beautiful garden, nice pool area , aesthetic design. The staff were amazing, always helpful, at the front. We had a lizard in our room (small) and despite the nighttime, one of the staff helped us a lot, and even checked the room if there is more. Huge thank you for that!

WiFi wasn’t working properly in the room, no service there, the shower has to get fixed, it is impossible to shower there.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The WiFi was spotting some nights. There wasn’t much storage space for clothes if you had more than one person.

Nice pool, nice employees, very good breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious, servers were great, grounds were peaceful and beautiful.

I didn’t like what has happened to Tulum. Clash of cultures. Very busy with tourists and traffic, I feel sorry for the locals who have seen the changes in what was once a very nice, authentic Mexican town. Constant traffic jam and trash everywhere. No real beach access unless you are staying at one of the beachfront hotels. Inadequate sewage system. Town grew too fast. We won’t go back there. It’s really a shame.

On a street with really cool places!

We stayed in a double room on ground floor, it was big, like an apartment comprised of one double bed and one single spare bed in another room. The hotel is nice, clean, quiet even at night with a restaurant next door. Internet signal was good, not strong enough but reliable. The beds were comfortable. We didn't need to use the fan or the A/C as the room was cool from the high ceiling. The included breakfast is great (fruits+juice+coffee). The staff is friendly and we had a warm welcome. The restaurant of the hotel serves delicious mexican food, it's worth trying it. The pool was big enough but deep (1.75m). They rent bikes at $200 pesos, reserving in advance. We didn't the Yoga classes. Overall, it's a great place to stay away from the buzz of the city center, there's lots of restaurants in the same street and an Oxxo one block away.

Just being picky but 1) The shower needs a bigger curtain, the water was splashing everywhere and 2) Location of the hotel is far from the center so consider paying $150-200 pesos from the ADO as Tulum is ruled by the taxi drivers there, overpriced transportation. Walking distance from ADO is 20-25mins... with baggage in the scorching heat, no thanks!

Great location if you want to stay in La Valletta. Lovely staff, everyone is very friendly. Good little kitchen, clean and not damp!
