What a little gem. Located in the middle of La Veleta, yet also very quiet - no real noise can be heard in the rooms, not even over New Year's. The rooms are large, clean, come with a kitchenette and a very comfy bed. Staff is lovely, friendly, helpful, always with a smile. Breakfast is included and tasty (it's the same every day, but they have other optiond to choose from at extra cost). The pool area is small but well maintained, though mostly in the shade. There are plenty of restaurants just around the hotel, and you can also walk (15-20mins) to town for more, or to Aldea Zama (25-30mins). Be aware that Tulum Town/La Veleta/Aldea Zama aren't built next ot the beach, so to go there, your best bet is to ride a scooter or bike (which the hotel can help you arrange) - the ride is easy and mostly paved.

great, simple, comfortable room. super helpful staff!! breakfast was basic, but healthy. the area was excellent for wandering around at night with tons of options of nice restaurants. we had a little rooftop patio attached to our room overlooking the pool. private & comfortable.

The staff in the hotel and in the restaurant are very nice, friendly and alert and always helpful with recommendations for restaurants, beach clubs and things to do. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. The rooms are big and beds comfortable. Me and my husband had one room and our three teenage sons shared another room next door. There was also a kitchen in our rooms/studios. The breakfast was very tasty. The facilities are pretty and we enjoyed the yoga shala on the roof top. A lot of bars and restaurants next to the hotel and more cool boutiques and restaurants are opening up in this neighborhood. We also enjoyed that it was silent during the night and we slept well.

The shower ran out of hot water quickly in our room.

Exceptional staff were the highlight of the stay, everyone was happily willing to help and walk the extra mile to ensure we had a good time and stay. Gerardo was an exceptional receptionist who happily fulfilled our extra requests and provided very valuable information and insights to make our trip better and enjoy our stay. Maira was very friendly and helpful as well throughout the check-in process. Last but not least, Christian who is the breakfast attendant was very kind, always smiling and projecting positivity ensuring we had a great start to the day.

Our room was very spacious, it came with a small living space and a kitchenette. The bed super comfortable, very quiet at night. Gerardo and Maira are exceptional receptionists, very accommodating, professional and friendly, made us feel right at home. Christian was our breakfast attendant and he was extremely kind and attentive.

Very cozy place with very big rooms with fully equippee kitchen, super nice and helpful staff, the restaurant was also very good with affordable prices and great mexican food.

I wish I could like this place. The staff was amazing and even gave me a free room upgrade! But the hotel is NOT IT! There were mosquitoes EVERYWHERE and that could easily be due to rainy season but I’ve stayed at other hotels and none were as bad as this. In the bathroom my first 5 minutes I killed 6 mosquitoes… The breakfast was decent, just fruit and bread… I loved the presentation and the staff was overall 11/10

Why is there no AC in the bedrooms??? I get sick if a fan is on while I sleep but still kept the fan on… and was still super hot! Because of the mosquitoes I didn’t wanna leave my bedroom door open.. and because of the mosquitoes I didn’t wanna sleep without covers, so I was just burning up while getting bit up by mosquitoes and it was SO uncomfortable. I’ve never avoided going to my hotel before this place. I dreaded going to sleep. The bathroom had a really bad smell, and the floors always got soacked after my shower because the way it’s set up. But honestly the worst was my room was right by where housekeeping keeps their cleaning supplies so I always woke up to them banging around… I wake up @10am… why am I forced to wake up around 7am because housekeeping. I am on vacation.. I wanted to cry.
