"Beautiful clean suite but unprofessional staff"

Beautiful hotel, spacious suite, & clean

The staff made us cancel our reservation online to give us a better pricing in-person but then after we cancelled it they would not honor the online pricing. We had to fight this during our vacation. Then, they demanded extra for our breakfast which was supposed to be included.

Interieur in style, felt like a litte cave. Great variety for breakfast, even with vegan options

Wi-Fi didn‘t work from time to time, which was due to blackouts in all of Tulum

"Superb"

staff is very friendly and it is a cosy place with good breakfast and a nice court with chairs and hammocks next to the pool.

The photos as well as the "normal price" given on booking imply that it is a luxury resort, which it is NOT. So we were first very disappointed as it did not match expectations.
