I send a message asking how to go to the hostel because I am from Cebu and not familiar with the place and instead of helping he advised me to take a taxi because the property is far from the Genesis terminal, very rude, he should not work in the hospitality business because obviously he is a disaster to the company and will only leave a bad impression to the customers, I am planning to complain to Baguio Tourism for this. I hope the management will do some action regarding this issue.

Double digital code for entrance is annoying better a plastic card. One faucet not working upon arrival. Wasting water. Price if you book on app is outrageous. Many people felt that way. Frustrating and regretful. Should be lower. Not good value for money. Quite far from sm mall and long way up to many places. Other 3bu is better located.
