It is super close to the bus terminal so a really good pick if you travel through. The reception and also common stay area are really nice and the staff working there was amazing!

The bathroom in my dorm was not the greatest. Toilet half broken, shower now working and it didn’t smell too good.

Location

The staff woke me up early because of the supposed pest control. If you have a scheduled service interruption please don't take guests rather than disturbing them while resting.

The property has a very nice cafe where you can lounge to after a tiring day. It has a nice city view which is better at night. They also offer free coffee which is nice. Wi-fi connection is amazing. It works inside the rooms and in the cafe.

The beds doesn't look that clean and has stains on the pillow. Rooms are too small and not enough space to walk around the room. Too pricey for what it's worth.

Location is great, and they renovated their facilities now. They have more open place where you can eat and work. Staff are also very friendly. This has been my go to whenever I travel to Baguio alone.

They're currently renovating when I went, but they had me switch rooms (got a better one even!) Nothing really bad and it was just a small inconvenience which is also understandable.

Terrible quality of the bed. There is no blanket. Everything is durty

The bed was comfortable and the hostel was right next to the bus station which is why I booked as my bus got in at early hours of the AM

Bathroom had black mould all over the back of the door, staff were not the most helpful, lockers didn't lock in dorm room, price was expensive for a shared dorm room. The most I'd paid in all of the Philippines

(1) Location is at the city center. (2) I was the only guest on the first night in a 6-bed dormitory (3) Hostel has lockers at the reception's area

(1) The hostel is under renovation indefinitely from June 2024, only the bedroom and lockers area can be used, workspace area is fully under renovation. I booked the hostel because i need to work remotely but it was so inconvenient that they do not advise guests that they are under renovation. Not even a single note or disclaimer on the booking platform. They advised that I can be transferred to their Bonifacio Branch, but this hostel i paid is more expensive than their other Branch plus i booked a Female Dormitory only and they suggest me to transfer to a Mixed Dorm in Bonifacio. (2) They do not have tissue papers in the toilet, the reason of their staff is they don't have stocks of tissue and they wont know when can they have tissue - when in fact there are a lot of stores nearby where they can buy tissue. (3) Since i was the only guest in the room when i arrived, they didnt seem to have cleaned the room since there are still a lot of hair on the floor and inside the bathroom. The floor rug didn't seem to have been cleaned or replaced for months as it looks so dirty. (4) Not so responsive staffs on texts and emails, and they do not have good comprehension with written requests. (5) There are lockers inside the bedroom area but cannot be used.
