"Peaceful comfort and spectacular views"

This place was so peaceful. The beds were comfortable, the views spectacular, the whole house well appointed. We got to pat horses and just sit and be at peace. The owner was an absolutely wonderful person who looked after us and was so kind in offering help when my friend was sick. We loved everything about this stay and plan on coming back and staying for much longer.

The Renagour Cottage was exactly what we needed! After a packed holiday full of hiking, canyoning, and rafting in New Zealand, this farmstay was the perfect place to unwind on our road trip from Wellington to Auckland. It allowed us to experience New Zealand in a much more relaxed way, and we loved every bit of it! The wood-burning hot tub was such a unique touch, blending perfectly with the cottage’s rustic yet modern charm—we had never seen anything like it! The stunning scenery made dining outside and sipping wine incredibly peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a delicious dinner, and the movie selection was a thoughtful bonus for a cozy evening in. Overall, a truly wonderful stay!

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming little cottage during our journey from Wellington to New Plymouth. The cottage itself was absolutely adorable—immaculately clean, cozy, and full of character. The views surrounding the property were simply breathtaking, offering a peaceful, quiet retreat where we could unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature. It truly felt like a hidden gem, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The serenity of the place made it the perfect spot for our family to relax and recharge. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stop on our road trip. Highly recommend this gorgeous little cottage to anyone passing through!
