Rixos Beldibi - Adult Only - The Land of Legends Access

Avoid!!! The property is old and really needs a refit to justify the pricing of the rooms. This is not an all inclusive hotel, and more like an economy package holiday hotel by Tui which really is a let down to the Rixos brand. The staff only speak Turkish or German which is rather odd. Also not very helpful, and found the waiting staff to be a little unprofessional. The overall feel and atmosphere of the hotel is rather uncomfortable. Our Experience. We arrived just after 9pm on the Friday eve and were advised that the restaurant was closed and no food or room service was available but we could get some snacks from the bar. We put our bags in the room and headed to the bar to get some food and was seriously disappointed as we were offered cold sandwiches and not even any butter on the bread, they also looked like they were made by a trainee - slapped together with large peace's of bread and very little filling!. We had no choice but to go looking outside the hotel for hot food so we could rest and not have hunger pangs on our very first night of what was meant to be our vacation. I asked reception where we could get hot food, and the response was that he didn`t know. He also made it very clear that we were not allowed to bring food into the hotel which is ironic considering they have nothing to offer guests who arrive after 9pm. By day two we had enough and found an alternative hotel, when I advised the reception staff that we are leaving, there was absolutely no reaction or questioning why we are leaving, and was there anything they could do to improve! This made it blatantly obvious that this happens frequently, or they didn't really care! Coupled with the attitude and staff uniforms are something like an 18-30`s holiday, they are all wearing hoodies? Don't be deceived by the pictures and the reviews!

It was a clean hotel. The room and outside pool area was very nice.

The food was terrible. The alcohol was awful. The bar staff were nice but the reception desk staff were rude and unhelpful.

They changed our reservation with other hotel by Rixos chain. Very disappointing! And looks it happens often ☹️

I can't say anything about this hotel, because upon arrival we were unpleasantly surprised that unfortunately there was no reservation in our name in their system and we were sent to RIXOS Sungate Beldibi. Unfortunately, Rixos Sungate is aimed at families with children, and we chose TUI Magic Life Rixis precisely because of the +16 option. The TUI Magic Life Rixos reception staff did not pay attention to the reservation vouchers and payment copies we provided. We were just taken to RIXOS Sungate. Instead of a quiet rest, we had to "enjoy" the noise of the little vacationers. We had chosen rooms with a view of the sea, mountains and pool, and when we were taken to Rixos Sungate, we could only see the sea and mountains if we went out to the balcony and turned our heads well to the side.

The Staff was amazing and the facilities as well.
