"I would NOT recommend this place to anyone."

Proper itself was alright but the staff was extremely unhelpful. From receptionist to Duty manager. Not 1 person willing to help

Where do I start? This place made my whole holiday extremely terrible. We paid so much money but we never had water in our room. Room Phones wouldn’t work. And aircondioter never worked. Upon complainting again and again all they gave me were lies specially duty manager Sinan was a liar and unhelpful. He even refused to see me when I specially asked for him to discuss about the rooms. Extremely unprofessional staff. Never willing to help. Also they made sure they won’t listen until we left. A total rip off place. Not worth a single penny.
