Unfortunately the property is in much poorer condition than is advertised. I can see that effort has been put into the room to keep it clean and tidy but the actual building that it is in (Casablanca Hotel) is very run down. I can see why this property is advertised independently and no mention of the broader hotel is made. The staff at the front desk are rude and the pool facilities need serious work. There isn’t a lot in the local area so it’s not ideal for tourists but that’s not the hosts fault. Given the money that you pay to stay, I’d expect something of much higher quality. The complex felt unsafe and run down so we opted to stay somewhere else, I messaged the host just after check in to explain I wasn’t unhappy and unfortunately I didn’t get a reply until after the theoretical check out time would have been. We booked elsewhere and ended up having a lovely time.
