2 beds - Beachfront, Pool & Ocean Access

The beds were amazing! We slept so well! Location was excellent. Close to Publix and lots of good food. Loved the pool area and easy access to the beach. The building was nice and clean. Kitchen was nice to have for extended stay. There was a pot, a pan and some cooking utensils, as well as coffee and tea makers. Room also has spacious closet, equipped with 2 ironing boards, 2 irons and a hairdryer. Valet parking was fast and easy. ***The Tavern is a nice place close by to grab a bite. (They DO automatically add 20% gratuity) ***Being from Miami originally, I was really looking forward to Cuban food and plantains- I found them both at Sazon Cubano, a short distance away. Service, food and ambiance were all exceptional- I highly recommend.

Based on title, I thought parking was included. That was not the case. Beach parking a block away seemed our best bet at $1.50 an hour. Unfortunately, we realized that parking overnight is not allowed. There is a max of 3 hours. So, we ended up paying for valet, for 4 days which added an additional $120 (plus tips) to our total. Although the kitchen was nice, the sink was so small you could barely wash dishes. Water got everywhere and there are no kitchen towels/paper towels provided so we had to buy. There's a dish rack but no liner, odd considering counter is wood so we had to figure out how to dry without damaging countertop. We planned to bake cookies or brownies but there was nothing but a pot and pan to cook in. The lamp between the beds is broken so you can't switch it on and off. We ended up moving the reading lamp between the beds which worked for us. The description of the property said that chairs were included. We had one chair and it was old and rusty. We were disappointed. Not owners fault but keep in mind if you are planning a stay here, the trash chute in directly in front of your room. Very convenient but also very noisy. People bring their trash at all hours and it will wake you up...the walls are paper thin. We were woken up very early by neighbors every day.

Excellent ocean front location with access to the 9 miles long Miami Beachwalk pathway Restaurants and grocery stores within walking distances

It is quite unfortunate that there is no longer an onsite restaurant / bar It would have been even more fantastic stay if the suite had an outdoor balcony

Great spot right next to the beach. Marie was amazing and she always makes sure I am comfortable. The apartment itself it’s beautiful, with good amenities, bathroom was specious and beds are very comfortable.

Everything was good.

Everything looks perfect as shown in the pictures. Excellent location, close to shopping, food, supermarket. The pool is perfect and the access to the beach as well the parking excellent.

The building in general looks old but all the amenities look good, the pool is perfect
