Avloppen fungerade inte särskilt bra. Värden förklarade att problemet berodde på ett byggfel i fastigheten och att de tyvärr inte kunde göra något åt det. Priset var acceptabelt, men inte direkt billigt.

The riad was located in a gated residential complex with restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy, an ATM and other services which was very convenient. The place was safe, the complex was kept very clean and it was easy to start the day with a breakfast and end with a dinner just a few steps away from the apartment/riad. The medina walls were just a five minute walk from the residential complex. To reach the Jemaa el Fnaa square was a 30 minute walk through the medina which was a great experience every time. Would definitely recommend walking there and not taking a taxi as the walk itself is the best part. The riad's location just off of the main road made it very was to get to and from in terms of transportation to the airport or being picked up for day trips. The host was available at all times and communicated well which was very nice.

The layout of the riad was nice and provided enough space for 5 people. However the facilities could use a little maintenance and could have been cleaned a little better. However the place was functional and provided for all our needs. We did not need to cook as we ate out all our meals.

The house was beautiful, it was also really big, each room had its own bathroom, there's also lots of cafes and markets, there's also a pharmacie

There was a hole in the bathroom, and there were lots of cockroaches coming out of it, we had to close it ourselves, the pool is really far, and it closes at 5:30 every day and the whole day every friday, you also have to bring a bunch of papers in order to get in, yet it's still EXTREMELY full and non enjoyable to swim in because of the crazy amount of people

Le site est magnifique, adapté aux familles. Piscine, restaurants, épiceries... Pas très loin du centre de Marrakech. Taxis disponibles a l entrée de la résidence. L hotesse est très réactive et a trouvé rapidement des solutions aux petits problèmes techniques survenus durant le séjour.

The owner accommodated us perfectly. I visited with my elderly parents and had a Ryanair late night flight on the way back. She allowed us to do a late check out. She is a very kind person. The riad was huge and very clean. Yousuf also dropped us the key and he is a very polite gentleman. I would definitely would stay in this riad again. Thank you.

Loved the safe complex, includes, shops, restauranr, salon and taxis on offer outside the complex.

A bit far to the Medina from there. One shower didn't drain. Otherwise great.

This Riad has loads of space, beautiful balcony and all the facilities we needed for a week in Marrakesh. The Riad is part of a compound with cheap restaurants, 2 shops, a mosque and a beautiful pool area. The pool was nicer than the one we paid for in a 4 star hotel.

The doors to the bedrooms didn’t close properly and the toilet in my en-suite was leaking a bit. There was only 1 key and you have to lock the door behind you. The location is a little out of town but it’s only a 30ish minute walk in.

The house is clean, spacious and stone throw away from the big mosque. It can easily fit up to 6 or 7 adult comfortably. It is fit as a luxury condo, and yet at affordable price. The rooftop view is magnificent. Located right in between of area with expensive cafes and local residences back lane, hence you can experience both world. Walking around feeling very safe. By the way, Moroccan are general friendly and warm people.

The check-in process, that need to notify host time of arrival, at least one hour before arrival. Its difficult when you travelling to inform host what time exactly you will be arriving. Sometime flight can delay, immigration counter crowded, or simply you make unplanned detour on the way. Better to have self check-in, as long as it is within check-in period.
