Nothing the picture on booking.com is not what is was

The house was dirty,tv did not work at all,the air con in two rooms did not work the bathrooms were dirty plug socket were not working the sofa were dirty the one bathroom we were using we had to put a towel down to stand on it and the shower was broken we had to shower with the pipe when we contacted the the lady through booking.com and told her she said if this is what we have found that means we have broken it and we can leave if we want that was on the same day we arrived I can not believe we were treated like this as we have been in the complex before but in a different house but this house was really bad it was hot we could not sleep at night I am very disappointed and not happy about this house G1 number 22 no one should go there also the fridge was not working we brought some milk it went off the holiday it self was good but getting accused of damaging the house when we just got there was not good and it is all on booking .com

The apartment was not located in the place it was showed in the booking.com site while booking. We took a taxi to the place we booked, but there was just a car repair. Men there said the place with this name is outside of Medina some 20-30 minute walk away. We googled the right spot and walked with the luggage to get there. In the apartment shower head hell off, in another shower water did not run out. It was hard to find a rubbish bin in all the apartment, in my room (a separate room with a bathroom) there was none. We checked-in around 5 or 6 PM, but cleaning was not finished yet, so we had to wait. I would not have booked this apartment if I had known it was in this location quite far form objects we wanted to see and the bus station.

Riad was located in different location than it is showed on Booking map - not in Medina but on the other side of the river. Not everything was clean. Window in one of the bathroom was broken. In February you should bring your warm pj as it is cold in the night and AC does not always work.

The apartment was just as in photos, very nice and clean. The rooftop terrace was a nice place to enjoy a coffee in the morning at sunrise.

Some minor details could be improved. The lights are very dimmed at night. One bedroom had the lightbulb broken, we had to take a lamp from downstairs to have light. I would highly advise to fill in your arrival time. We did not, because we didn't know what time we would get there and because of this the apartment was still in cleaning and we couldn't check in until 6pm. But the cleaning ladies were very nice and did a good job.

The Riad is not located where it is pinned on Booking.com. Instead it is slightly outside of the Medina in a closed and guarded residential area. This made it a bit further to walk but it was much quieter.

The blankets are quite thin for winter nights and not all ACs in the rooms work (neither for heating nor cooling).

Amazing stay, was not expecting it to be so beautiful especially considering the price. Pictures don't do it justice. Staff were incredibly helpful and whole stay was incredible.
