AirBnB inside hotel, but hotel staff could not provide service. Arrived 45 min before designated checkin time, was advised room is ready but staff refused to give us keys.

It is not what expected to be like in other hotels. The smell is not that welcoming like other property.

we basically were on our own. no one wanted to help us, so we had to buy our own toilet paper, wash our own towels, even the maid didn’t want to let us her spray since our bathroom smelled like urine when we checked in.😞
