USNice view of the ocean and hotel pool. Balcony has 2 chairs and a table. There are ADA grab bars in the bathroom and shower.
Room 1315 is a privately managed unit. The room is nice but needs some attention. The towel rack is separating from the wall and coming loose. There are 2 chairs inside the room but no table. Not sure if this is intentional or if the table's missing. Wall outlet plugs are loose, making it difficult to charge phone, laptop, etc.

JPOur property was not managed by hotel, but outside managment company. Amenities in room such as extra cushions not available. Just bare minimum available. Aside of good location, we were not satisfied. We will visit Honolulu in April again and will not stay at Ala Moana again. Already decided for Prince Hotel Waikiki. However, they did allow us to check-in two hours earlier, which was highly appreciated.

USThe hotel is beautiful and safe except my bed and pillows is smelling like the old people or somebody was sleeping on it and the bedsheets is so ugly not like on the website, I was in the 13 floor room 1315 I heard is different owner

USI love the location. Excellent park and beach across the beach and the Ala Moana Shopping center is connected to the hotel through an overpass. The Hotel itself is excellent.
Since the is no room service the owner should have taken some effort to make the unit more enjoyable on longer term stay. Instead we are met with a used soap for showering, two days worth of towels, one day of coffee, no utensils, and no way to dispose of garbage.
USUSThe breakfast was great there. The location of the room was very convenient near the laundry room.
We only had 2 towels to last us for 5 days. We thought the room would be a little more bigger and 2 beds not 1.
