We found the check in and check out process extremely convenient and with easy to understand instructions from our host Barry, We are a professional band ,who had shows in Birmingham and London and we found this accommodation was perfect for our commute between both City's, The house was tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed , It's in a quiet neighbourhood which was perfect for relaxing when we weren't working , The communication between ourselves and Barry was outstanding, he's definitely host off the year for us , we will definitely be booking this accommodation again 😀 Thanks for everything Barry from Kathleen and Ren Marabou and the berserkers, Ireland

Had everything we needed including plenty of parking for a good price.

Property wasn’t serviced when we arrived as there was an issue with the cleaning company. The bathroom ceiling needs a clean as there were flies stuck to it

This property was very clean and well fitted out. Very flexible accommodation as there was a sofa bed, a triple room and a double. We would definitely stay there again.

The communication with the owner was excellent. The location is quiet and convenient. Thank you for the teas and coffee. The washing machine has a drying feature, which was nice.

All the bed mattresses need to be replaced, especially the full-size beds. The springs were worn out, and we felt like lying on top of the uneven wires. We ended up sleeping on the floor because the carpet was better than the bed. We couldn't rest. The thermostat didn't work. The house was too humid, and the bed covers felt wet, so a dehumidifier would really help. We are a family of four. Only three super-small rolls of toilet paper were provided, and the toilet paper ran out on the first day. When we asked if we could find supplies, the owner advised us to drive to the grocery store and purchase them ourselves.

Very near the bus stops that connects to the train and city center. It's also next to the canal that goes to the city center.

Neighbor was doing renovations. Started pounding at 8am. It was bad timing for my stay.

Very comfy… everything was available including towels and shower products, unexpected amd gratefully received 😊

For us it was perfect.. we were out all day and got back quite late each evening so no grumbles at all
