Spacious and clean

Large Hole in the floor underneath the carpet in the main bedroom. Windows overlook the main bedroom. A net curtain might be a good idea to improve privacy.

You have to pick up and drop off your keys at a different location. This is very difficult if you don’t drive. They also require a large deposit on top of the cost of your stay which you have to pay though a third party site. When I called to confirm the website and the deposit were legitimate the person who spoke to me on the phone was very dismissive. The property it’s self was lovely and the staff were fine in person

Really nice place

Was a pain to park and really hard to get the deposit back even though I stay one night and the deposit was a lot of money!!

Cleanliness good value for the money

Good location in a quiet area. Free parking in the nearby carpark

Only 3 cups available to use when the property can sleep up to 8 people!

Nice clean . Spacious. Comfortable beds. Would love to stay again if I wanted to stay in plymouth .

Unfortunately, there was only 4 mugs in the property. Not ideal to having to collect the key from another location.
