"Accommodation fine, Key pick up and drop off process leaves an awful lot to be desired."

The experience was totally spoilt by the key pick-up process. The address for pick up is not as stated in the instructions. When you arrive at the instructed pick up location there is a notice on the door which says it has been closed since DECEMBER 2023 and gives the most unhelpful information that the new pick up location is only five minutes away. OK, fine, but WHICH WAY? When I asked to speak to a manager in order to give some feedback the young male assistant at the pick up was unhelpful in the extreme and told me I was being unfair

Great service and a lovely property in the perfect location to explore and visit Plymouth. Big rooms and bathroom, well equipped kitchen and a large dining room. Everything was at walking distance. Bonus was the free parking just 2 mins walk from the property.
