There was beer left on the side, doors wide open. Dirty. Freezing. Hot tub unusable. 'Golf course' was run down. No electric. No heating. Couldn't stay there. 0 staff members around. No refund offered. No bedding.

GBHot tub was absolutely filthy had bugs in and was green, hut had a water leak carpets were soaking wet. Tap constantly dripping. Lock on the door was on the wrong way around so couldn't even lock the door. We left
