It was clean and tidy

Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows cheap and uncomfortable. No wardrobe space and no cooking facilities and only one cup. Facilities in the room need much improvement

I like everything, the room is very relaxing, the location is near IT Park. I will definitely book this again if we go back to Cebu City :)

I liked everything since it is within the city. Accessible if you have your motorcycle to stroll along near malls such as Ayala and Robinsons. I really did enjoy my stay at this place. Comfortable and relaxing. The staff of the condominium are respectful and nice. Lowell and Archie made sure to answer all my queries so that's a plus. No hustle in check my check in and check out. The city lights view at night is heavenly gooooooood. I just hope the water in the main sink is working but not a big issue at all. 10/10 in my overall experience.

None so far. I was not able to try the pool and gym so I cannot comment on that one.

What I love about the Grand Residence is its location. It’s close to the IT Park, which we often visit, and the area isn’t crowded at all. The place is nice and simple, and I haven’t had any problems with it whatsoever.

So far, I haven't had any problems with my stay. The place is good and nice overall. However, there are a few downsides: there’s no closet for clothes, check-in time is quite late at 3 PM, and there’s an extra charge to use the pool and gym. Also, the elevator is really slow and can get a bit crowded. That said, the room is clean and cool, and I’ve had a good stay.

The unit is good. I just didn't like the elevator because sometimes, we have to wait for a long time just to get to the unit and in going down, too.

Clean, comfy and quiet place. The room is equipped with everything you need. Still enough place and space.
