"Good stay in Cebu"

The owner is willing to help us. WiFi and hot shower are perfect. The price is reasonable. Ten minutes' walk from IT park. Seven Eleven is near.

The laundry service at the building takes 3 days. There's no house cleaning even if the stay is long.

Great location and facilities. Excellent commutation with the owner. Clear instructions. Aircon. All necessities were provided. The restaurant at the top is great for dinner and the view is stunning. However, I do not recommend the breakfast. Way overpriced for what it is. 90% of it was more suitable for lunch than a breakfast. Deep fried and fat meat, sweet bread...

The aircon was noisy. It would have been great if there was a second hand towel.

"Exceeded Expectations!"

The room was way nicer than the pictures showed - clean, spacious, and with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. * The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. * The WiFi is perfect for working remotely. The unit has its own PLDT modem and landline - I was getting download and upload speeds over 300mbps. * The bathroom was spotless, and the shower and bidet had great pressure. Highly recommend!

Extremely loud aircon, tv not working, no internet and really poor mobile signal.
