The location on the hill was great. Easy access to the different busses - good coverage during the day and at night. My room was confy and I loved the terrace - definitely a plus :) Very friendly and responsive owner.

Excellent stay, room and location exceeded my expectations. Good links to everything, with lots of cafes and food spots nearby. I stayed in room 4 which was quite spacious and with a comfortable bed , Google TV, as well as a nice large window overlooking a small park area. The owner was super friendly, warm, welcoming, and did everything he could to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I really loved the rooftop terrace area as well! Overall this place completely exceeded my expectations, especially for the price! Also, on the last night, I accidently locked myself out of my room. I was really stressed and worried but I messaged the owner and he immediately unlocked it remotely for me! This was a HUGE relief as I had a flight the next morning. Thank you Matías!!

Easy "self" check-in. Supermarket and bus stops for lines going to the city center are nearby.

I booked this last minute during a busy tourist period and it was the only option, so in the end I was glad I found it, but overall the single room is quite small and basic and wouldn't be very comfortable for longer stays. Street parking is a bit tricky, expect some walk from the car.

The tranquility.of the place. Slept well. The owner although haven't met him was always available on WhatsApp for any issue.

The coliving is located in the ciudad alta of Las palmas, a bit far from the main sites. it's well connected by bus, but something to have in mind if you have no car.
