The room was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Apart from a couple of nights where other guests were a bit noisy it was mostly quiet while I was there. Good communication with the owner who let me check in a little bit early. He was also quick to fix the toilet when I notified him. Even though it is up a hill far from the centre of Las Palmas, I really liked the neighbourhood (Schamann) where there are some decent bars and cafes. Also the buses into town are frequent and efficient.

The room was very drab and was right next to the kitchen. It faced onto a communal courtyard and there was no lock on the window which made me slightly nervous. The towels were not changed after five days as the sign in the room stated they would be. The room was slightly expensive for what it is, but in the end I mostly enjoyed my stay.

Ottima soluzione per brevi o medi soggiorni, qualitá/prezzo top. Staff super! Bar vicino con colazioni buonissime, consigliatissimo MOL CAFE!

Dużym plusem było śniadanie i bardzo dobra kawa w niedalekiej kawiarence o podobnej nazwie. Na plus naczynia, które masz tylko dla siebie. Właściciela nie poznaliśmy, ale starał się rozwiązywać problemy na bieżąco.

Mieliśmy pokój na parterze więc kiedy ktoś przechodził korytarzem to budziło nas zapalane światło. Pokój nie był czysty, pleśń w łazience, z której roznosił się nieprzyjemny zapach. W przedostatnim dniu woda z góry zalała łazienkę. Internet albo działał albo nie. Właściciel reagował szybko, ale będąc na wakacjach niekoniecznie chcesz co chwilę zgłaszać problemy.

房间的格局和面积都还不错，基本的东西都有，公共厨房也可以自由使用，店家特意送了一份免费的早餐

位置会有点辛苦，主要是需要爬好多台阶上来。另一个就是别的客人反馈的那样，卫生间反味非常严重，没有对外的窗户，洗的袜子四五天都没干

Locație bună, acces ușor în clădire, comunicare bună cu proprietarul, aproape de cafeneaua deținută de același proprietar (unde găsești o varietate mare de gustări delicioase) ❤️

Dacă ești o persoană pudică, poate nu e cea mai potrivită variantă pentru tine, având în vedere că accesul către camere se face pe holul unde sunt poziționate geamurile camerelor. Camera noastră a fost poziționată în capăt și nu a trecut nimeni prin față, dar geamul de la baie era către același hol unde ți se aude chiar și respirația 😅
