"Convenient to restaurants and marina area"

Close to downtown allowing us to walk. Easy access to take our dog outside. Comfy bed and clean unit. Plenty of room and comfortable furniture in living room

Not well insulated to avoid noise from unit above. Kitchen stocked minimally, plenty firs short stay however

Location was perfect, easy parking, the room was spotless, very spacious with full kitchen and nice living area. Very communicative hosts! Absolutely outstanding stay!

Would have loved an ice machine on the property. If there was one we weren’t aware of it, but really no big deal at all.

"Love Grand Lake and always a great vacation destination!"

Love the location! We have been going to Grand Lake for 25 years and absolutely love this little town right on the lake with quaint little shops and friendly people! The Loose Moose is convenient to walking to everything downtown. Nice size kitchen and living room with very comfortable furniture and many windows for taking in the beautiful mountain views.

The kitchen is not as well equipped as it could be. You may want to take a crock pot in the winter months for making a pot of chili and the toaster is on the verge of not working. When we arrived there was not a coffee maker but after contacting the host we soon had one. Still a great place to stay.

Easy check-in/check-out; responsiveness of the property managers/owners; proximity to downtown area; full kitchen; ample sleeping space; comfortable living area; pets allowed!!

Fan blades loose on both fans; fans blades dusty; backrest on living room chair coming apart; no blinds on kitchen window; bedroom window backs to party area of adjacent house (that’s the only time we experienced any noise, cigarette/pot smoke and grill smoke coming through our window in the evening); hot water gets to scalding very quickly.

Location is excellent. Good communication with staff. Fully equipped apartment. Comfortable bed.

There isn't any kettle in the kitchen.

Everything was really nice! Thank you! A queen size bed would have been better for two! Comforter was cozy!

The pine sol was strong! Maybe a different disinfectant!
