The Loose Moose Lodge #3 at Downtown Grand Lake

Good location, clean and had everything we needed . Owners had great communication made sure we had everything we needed

Wanted closer to the lake, a little crowded outside with all the other guests for relaxing outside

Great location and nice size. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. It was close to downtown and the lake. Parking is right outside of door and very convenient.

The address was actually 210, not 240 Hancock Street so that took a little time to figure out. The remote did not have volume control so we could barely hear the tv. No curtain over kitchen sink with close neighbors felt a little strange.

I loved that there were multiple places to sleep there wasn't just the two beds there was a sofa bed, a cot and an extra bed underneath the beds in the room! It was nice that it was all clean and even had pots and pans so we could cook a meal if needed! In the town of grand lake it was within walking distance of two trail heads and all the town had to offer!

The only thing that was sub par was that it was a bit difficult to figure out how to turn the tub to a shower but we figured out you had to pull the spout down !

The location is beautiful and it is a bargain for the price. It comes with a full kitchen a fridge and they have trays for you to make ice in. The cable has a good number of channels for entertainment and they leave you plenty of toiletries to last you for your stay. For keys they text you a code you do not need to collect keys.

It would be nice if the the actual ice maker in the freezer worked instead you have to fill up ice trays with water to make ice but its not too bad. You just have to remember to fill them with water.
