Spotlessly clean and bed very comfy. Great shower. Everything immaculate. Very nearby for what we needed.

Faffed about for nearly an hour trying to open the key safe. Even the friendly neighbour tried to help. Eventually contacted host who came immediately. No logs for stove which was a shame as it was quite cold. Livingroom quite dark but very tastefully decorated. Parking is a bit of an issue and quite a lot of road noise but we live in the middle of nowhere so not used to it. Couldn't get a TV channel but that was probably us being dense. Could do with some instructions.

"Lovely house with everything you need, close to town centre."

Lovely house, close to town centre. Decor and facilities, modern and spotlessly clean. Great shower. Kids loved the bunk beds.

Being picky, but not enough lighting in lounge. Bulbs are very dim.

"Great place to stay to see Northumbria."

Tastefully furnished and decorated. Good layout and all facilities needed were available. Exceptionally clean.

Parking was an issue, we had to park a good walk away. Unloading and loading bags with children was more challenging than we would have liked.
