The view from my balcony was fabulous.

The bathroom was very basic and the noise from nearby buildings was bad. There was not any wardrobe or drawers in the room.

The service from main receptionist

The service was relatively quick. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to rest, this could be an option. However, if you want a truly great experience in Vang Vieng, I recommend spending a bit more to stay somewhere that matches the experience you’re looking for. That said, we encountered several issues during our stay: 1. The water supply stopped during the night and in the morning, which was very inconvenient. 2. Breakfast needs improvement compared to other accommodations at similar or even lower prices. 3. We booked two nights through an app for $101, which stated that changes were allowed. We decided to change the booking to one night, and the staff initially assured us they would cancel and handle the refund. We waited patiently while they attended to other customers to avoid disrupting their work. However, when it was finally our turn, the same staff informed us that they could only refund 50% in cash, based on $99 instead of the actual room price of $39. Additionally, we had upgraded our room for a better view at $39, but we ended up staying in the same bungalow as before because the staff mentioned that moving rooms would be complicated. We are not disappointed about the money but rather the lack of professionalism in making promises to customers that they could not keep. If you’re looking for a better experience, I suggest walking a bit further, where you’ll find many other hotels offering better quality at a similar or even lower price.
