GBA very lovely modern beach apartment with more than everything you need whether it’s a family stay or couple getaway. Had a very lovely stay there would definitely come back and recommend for all.
My only gripe if I was being too British is one of the exercise machines outside the bottom window apartment can be a bit noisy but nothing to do with the actual apartment and most of the kids that use it was through the day time.

The property needs curtains. The blinds don’t block out any light at night and the property next door has a light on all night.
GBLovely apartment with glorious views. Very clean , towels and bed linen provided. Everything there that you needed. Underground car park with allocated space was a bonus. Everything on hand from fish and chips to Tesco express practically on the doorstep.
Was a bit concerned when we arrived that the property was right next door to the small amusements, but can honestly say this was no problem at all. This is only visible from the front of the apartments. The view once inside certainly makes up for it .
GBThis is pathetic , im so done with booking.com Worst worst experience ever , when we reached the property we couldn’t locate it , we have been standing at the property for 3 hours and they didn’t respond to our calls and after more than 50 calls they were so rude to say that we don’t take calls after office hours, and do you think taking bookings after office hours was okay for them if you can’t serve your clients and also it was non refundable so we couldn’t cancel it and they said that I don’t care I will cancel your booking, but didn’t even cancel the booking or return out amount. I will never recommend this property to anyone else ever and will take strict actions against you definitely
The owner was so irresponsible and took no responsibility of the clients who booked their property on prepaid basis , I am Very very sad , my entire group who uses booking .com for all domestic and international travel are against your app now

We absolutely loved the property. It would have been good to be told that a £200 damages deposit has to be put down before one books the place, also if we were allowed a later check out time or to leave the car in the car park on check out day so we can spend a couple of hours on the beach before our drive home.
GB-The accommodation was impeccably clean – hats off to the cleaners for maintaining such a high standard. -I loved the minimal, modern, and uncluttered decor, furnishings, and equipment, which made the space feel fresh -The secure underground parking was a huge plus, especially since it was free, although it’s worth noting that it only accommodates one car. -Well-stocked provisions for our dogs, including bowls and treats. -Coffee making facilities complete with sugar, biscuits, and milk. -The apartment's close proximity to the promenade made it convenient for access to the beach etc -Clear directions for accessing and leaving the apartment were provided by the host -The space comfortably accommodated four people and two dogs.
-There was a £200 security fee that was refunded a few days after our departure. This isn't inherently a problem, but it would have been helpful to know about it when making the reservation. -Between 1 May and 30 September, dogs are not allowed on the beach between Sycamore Gardens in the north, to the Martello car park. Since the accommodation is situated right in the middle of these points, you’ll need to walk 5-10 minutes either side before letting your dog on the beach. This is just something to keep in mind when booking. -The blinds were chosen more for their aesthetic appeal than practicality. There aren't any curtains on the windows, so an eye mask is essential if you don’t want to be woken by early morning light during the summer. The blinds on the balcony also don’t offer much privacy from people walking on the promenade outside, which is something else to consider. -A few new items need repairing, such as the unstable toilet seat in the main bathroom and the hot tap in the kitchen.
