"Dunedin Flat"

Had all that was needed for a self-catering stay. Nice bathroom, shower had good pressure. Bonus of a washing machine and dishwasher. Close to town, supermarket, and Octagon via car.

A bit old and tired. Felt like a student flat that's been tidied up. Flat was quite cold. TV had bad sound quality. Not really walking distance to anything unless you are OK with steep hills and it has tricky access.
