Charming 3 Bed Apartment in Old Town

Good location central to town

Bed was broken in the middle and extremely uncomfortable. As the bed was the main purpose of the stay, I reported this and had some response but then nothing. I suggested as my back was wrecked from 2 nights that a small refund on that bed alone would be acceptable and had no response whatsoever since then! Also not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as 3 flights of stairs to navigate

Large apartment and well equipped. Excellent instructions and communication. Heating was good and easy to use. Perfect central location.

The only minor thing is the ironing board kept collapsing when we tried to use it.

Very central.

A bit small for a group of 6 even though it had 3 bedrooms. Needed better pillows.

Nice and clean apartment perfect for a few days visit. Situated perfectly, just a few minutes away from the main objectives.

The property was perfect. Lovely, clean and comfortable.

The windows are single glazed and from inside the front bedroom and living room, it sounds like the windows are open.

A king size bed was advertised but it was only a double so one of our group slept on the sofa. When I asked for an extra blanket, there was no response. The bedroom door handle wasn’t installed correctly which left 2 people trapped in the room unable to get out from the inside which is a very dangerous fire/safety hazard! Fortunately there was 1 other person in the apartment at the time who managed to open it from the outside (only). After raising this issue to the property owner (& mentioning that we had temporarily fixed the hole with tape), they sent a tradesman to the property the next day with no prior notice or warning. They completely removed the door handle so that the door wouldn’t close at all. Whilst eliminating the hazard, it was no longer private. The ironing board would not stand upright despite several of us trying to use it.
