"Rooms are pricey without breakfast."

The hotel lobby was quiet. And the room was cleaned as well.

There was no breakfast. The claim that there is breakfast is not true. For my 2 days I stayed, only few bread and juice machine were available. I meant, nothing more that there was!

Was pretty clean, great location. Was cheap

Advertise a pool, wasn’t one. Fitness room had a ladder in it. People on upstairs if you are on a lower level are noisy at night

The place was ok, depending on how you look at it. Convenient location being close to Mall of America and other local stores. Price is reasonable.

My family and I stayed Monday-Friday. Our room seemed clean when we got there, then I had to use the bathroom and there I found two dirty towels one with blood stains. Went over to the receptionist to let them know of this situation but the person who was at front seemed not to pay attention to the problem and just handed us “cleaned towels”. Shower heads where insane, felt like I was taking a shower with a power wash hose. Breakfast menu was plain cereal, mini bagels, toast, packets of instant oatmeal and coffee or orange/apple juice. It seems Friday’s are their “special day”. They served frozen waffles. You get what you pay for.
