Had a wonderful stay

The hotel smelled like marijuana the minute you walked in. The pictures are not a good representation of what the hotel actually looks like. There’s little not nothing for breakfast.

Great value for the price. Close to restaurants, movie theater, and shopping.

Besides the main entrance, all the other entry points had their locks punched out. Anyone can walk in or out of the hotel. The peephole was missing on the door. The TV did not have a remote. I had to go ask for one. The TV channels were crap. The streaming service was probably free, such as Pluto. The remote control was not the original with the TV and we could not get it to select Netfix or other streaming services even though it showed up on the TV. We were on ground level and the floor was ice cold. Bring an insulated pair of slippers if you stay here.

The room was definitely very clean!!

When we first got there it said to call the number on the desk because management was away from the desk and when I called the number the phone was left on the desk at the front desk and nobody had it and it took a good 10 to 15 minutes before somebody got to the front desk to help us. It also had said that the location of the hotel was 5 minutes from the airport and the Mall of America and it was 15 to 20 minutes away from both locations. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable it would have been softer to sleep on the hard floor versus this mattress the one thing any hotel should have is the most comfortable mattresses to sleep on to make you feel as if you're still at home even though you're staying far from home.

I loved the location, and the front counter guy was nice.

The bathtub was clogged, the fan was dirty, and the room was ice cold when I got in there. The paint from the metal in bathroom was coming off and door was rusting.
