Homely 2-bed Terrace with Log Burner

lovely little place to stay

I love the interiors

The house is on a quiet street. Was very clean,comfortable and cozy.

Super house and decor, great location for the cathedral and old town/city. It was ideal for our use and we all enjoyed staying there. Good shower, super large bath. We would definitely stay there again.

There wasn't a kitchen pan available big enough for four people. The TV is positioned quite high on the wall so it was quite uncomfortable on the neck if you were sat on the sofa watching it. The house is VERY warm so we had to turn off all the radiators and have the windows cracked open during our whole stay. No salt and pepper in the supplied cellars, which was a tad annoying.

We were looking forward to take a nice hot bath but there was hot water running through it...Also, it would have been nice if the toiletries were supplied since we only stayed for 2 nights. apart from this it was a very nice house.

The location was good for my purposes and the furniture and the appliances in the property were of good quality.

I had not received instructions of how to enter the property prior to arriving at the property, therefore I assumed I would be met there. On arrival there was noone present and therefore I called the number on the booking confirmation until I was called back and was sent a key safe number by text. The property smelled strongly of stale cigarettes combined with overpowering air freshener which had been presumably used to try to cover the smell up. The bedding was also strongly scented to a level which made my eyes stream. I think that if the flooring were changed and the walls were repainted this would eradicate the cigarette smell and then this would be a nice place to stay.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and bedrooms were very nice.

We had to get a bus or taxi into town which we knew anyway. Approximate taxi price £6.

Everything. It was so clean and comfortable.

N/A as we didn't dislike anything.

The rooms were gorgeous and had everything you needed for your stay.

Bed were comfy and loved the bath

Only thing which kinda let it down for me was the stairs being disabled they were very steep
