"Perfect budget accommodation for a short break in the Woburn area."

Handy location for Tesco superstore and nearby train station. Not far from Woburn and Center Parcs. Very good value. Easy check in and check out procedure. Sizeable rooms. Owner very helpful and responsive.

No mirrored except for the bathroom cabinet (not ideal for girls trip!). Not 100% clean (kitchen drawer, dust between beds), though extremely passable, and freezer needs defrosting as it was icing over. Could do with a few more bits in the kitchen as extremely minimal. To accommodate three people as advertised would need another chair in lounge and another fork ideally as not enough if you wanted to cook and eat there. Not a massive issue if you like Dominoes (there’s one in the row of shops below!).

Everything was perfect, location to shops,pubs and restaurants, train station just over the road.

TV kept on loosing connection. Pillows too hard.

Ideal location for our one night stay

I would like to see pillow protectors on. Dining chairs seemed quite flimsy. Parking at rear of block but entrance at the front not made clear.

"Fantastic apartment"

Fantastic apartment in great location. Tesco, Co-op, bars, cafes and take aways all on your doorstep. Clean, modern apartment. Super comfy beds. Kitchen well equipped. 2 mins walk from Flitwick train station with good links. 30 mins on train to Luton airport. Simon our host was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating when we called regarding an early check in. Will definitely stay here again.

Can't think of a negative.
