clean and well presented with good facilities. last minute booking and my kids like it here.

woken at 1am by some very noisy locals, the roads outside can be noisy. but otherwise this place is great 👍🏼

The flat was clean & well ventilated. Most windows were open on arrival.

In summary this was worst booking experience that I have had & no contact or any refund has been made despite them knowing what had occurred AVOID. I had not been emailed or texted the access codes or details to get into building or the flat prior to arrival. After a 5 hour drive it took an hour from first contact to access the flat I had booked. This is after several phone calls & a text that "The speaker on his phone wasn't working" to receive the necessary codes for main door & flat lock box. When I got to the flat lock box the keys were not in it and two guys were already booked into the flat for a 4 day stay that I had a booking for from months earlier. After further communication & delay I was given the lock box codes for the neighbouring flat, entered & cooked a quick meal. Unfortunately the flat was cold & I could not get the boiler to start. After many texts & later telephone conversations a boiler fault was suspected & their "plumber was not available as he was doing a job in Peterborough". As I didn't have a screw driver the cleaner was sent round with one to enable me to remove the boxing below the boiler. This was to enable me to top up the boiler water level as I was instructed to do via the phone. Unfortunately the boiler still didn't work! We were then given the access codes to a third flat which had a working boiler & 4 hours after arrival we could settle in a warm environment. Other than the cold water not working in the kitchen this flat was OK.

Lovely spacious bedroom and beds were very comfortable.clean fresh bedding and towels Sofa in lounge definitely needs updating, as uncomfortable to sit on for long periods Kitchen was good but lack of utensils we had 3 forks 2 knives no teaspoons and one desert spoon Low on plates and cups, we had no cups to offer to friends that visited. Disappointed on arrival as tray in oven was not cleaned, full of water and grease, But was soon amended with a call to the manager, and was found cleaned when we returned in the later that afternoon. Quite noisy as on roundabout which I did know about, But once you close the windows it was a lot quieter.

A bit dirty. There was a dirty toothbrush in the bathroom and the carpet was stained, but the beds were nice and clean.
