Nice Location, spacious place, easy to find and park, clear directions to enter property. Great pub locally. - Would stay again.

Instructions for WIFI were incorrect, need updating, we did figure it out, not a big deal

I did not like anything about this property.

Noisy location. Poorly equipped. Poor condition. Dirty fridge, shower and cupboards.

Very clean. Perfect location and everything I needed

Although the property was difficult to find it was a good location and close to supermarkets, shops, coffee shops and pubs

Nothing major to criticise, apart from parts of the property I wouldn’t say were clean as others. Cobwebs and dirty fridge however that the only thing I could say

The location suited us perfectly as it was only a few minutes from an event we were going to. The hosts were in regular contact prior to our visit with offers of early check in and later check out. Check in and check out were really easy and there was free parking available. The apartment was a good size. Tesco and coop right next door and a park just behind which was great for the kids.

When we arrived the apartment particularly the kitchen was dirty. I had booked the apartment for 4 people but there were only 2 bowls, 2 plates, 3 dirty mugs in the apartment. The little table in the lounge actually only had 2 chairs as well but this was not so much of an issue. The 3 proper beds were made however there was no duvet cover for the bedding for the sofa bed. The sofa bed is very rickety. I messaged the hosts about this and to be fair to them they messaged straight back that someone would be round immediately to address this. However no one came. The next day I messaged again to say no one had come and they messaged to say they would be escalating this immediately. Again no one attended the apartment. We left a day early as none of these things had been addressed. I would say if it had been clean and enough tableware/bedding for the people we booked for then it was a good basic stay. Fairly noisy but to be expected as right on a busy roundabout. Disappointed that despite contacting the hosts nothing was done.

It's a great location and is very convenient.

The apartment wasn't ready, and we had to make other accommodations for the first night. When we did get access, the heat wasn't working, and it was not easy to get ahold of someone at the property. Once we did reach someone, we had to be moved to another unit that was a little smaller but worked for our needs. We were promised an adjustment but have yet to hear about a refund.

Wonderful kitchen, bath and bedroom

Couch needs to be thrown away. Dirty, lumpy and impossible to watch tv comfortably on it, so made that room uncomfortable
