A lovely spacious clean place to stay in a perfect quiet location with parking on site. gorgeous cosy wood burner if you feel chilly and Donna has provided everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Spacious annex with everything you need, quiet, friendly host, really appreciated the scones for our first breakfast ! About 10-15 minutes walk to town centre.

A very minor point - the living area being a conservatory you get both advantages (sun!) and disadvantages (gets hot quickly and lots of light in the morning)

"Perfect getaway, great location."

Everything you need for a relaxing stay away. Walking distance to Padstow. Lovely fresh baked scones on arrival. Very comfy bed.

Shower not very powerful but didn't really impact our stay as such.

"perfect location, clean and tidy and I would recommend to friends and family"

situated close to the main harbour and coastline for long walks. the accommodation was clean and tidy and the log fire is a lovely touch.

The shower was spacious and would benefit from a bigger shower head. the kitchen is well equipped but I wasn’t able to find an oven glove. small things that did not spoil the holiday.
