The location is great. Just on the outskirts of Padstow so easy to travel to other local villages as well as easy to get to Padstow harbour. Everything required for a self contained stay was available I.e. cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc as well as logs and coal for the fire.

The weather!! There was absolutely nothing wrong with the property.

This is a fabulous place. Hidden away. We were visiting family so was great to let them come to ‘ours’ for a change for a cuppa. We will be back, we loved it. The scones were an added bonus too - thank you.

Warm welcoming host. Everything we needed to just set our bags down and start relaxing. Loved the bonus homemade cream tea! 😋

No negatives! Perfect spot. Very short stroll down to the harbour and anything you may need.

Great size, plenty of space so we weren’t all on top of each other, loved the wood burner in the evenings . Location close to town and a Tesco a 5 min walk away . Donna was so approachable in lead up to the visit and during our stay

"Lovely stay despite the weather!"

Great location, and included parking. Had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed, had 4 great night's sleep. Milk, scones, jam & cream were very welcome, along with the coffee and tea bags.
