1. The room was nice and comfortable 2. The swimming pools were nice. 3.The food served at all the restaurants was excellent.

1. The room should have arrangement to make tea. 2. The teacups in the room service as well as the ones provided with the coffee machine were rather small. 3. There should be a children's playground and may be even a video arcade or mini-Golf on site

It is a beautiful and clean hotel with fresh and tasty food, especially seafood. My kids love to spend time in the pool and the kids club . Miss Ana, Melissa, Kit-Kat, and Mr. Mario did a great job!

There was a construction work on the territory and kids pool was closed.

"Clean, nice hotel with friendly staff"

The staff is amazing, especially the lobby bartender Antonio. He makes the best drinks. Super friendly. I also liked that they have a fresh juice bar, coffee bar and sports bar that is included with the all inclusive. The food was fresh and the all inclusive drinks had a wide variety of “premium” alcohol. Also I liked that we did not have to wear bracelets for the all inclusive.

They had construction going on during our stay and unfortunately it was next to our building. They worked every day. I was not able to enjoy the view from my balcony as much due to the construction noise. They did not inform us that they would be having construction going on either. You can’t swim in the ocean there, It’s also 45 minutes to downtown San Lucas however Uber is very affordable there.

"Everything was wonderful."

Service was great everywhere. Food was delicious. Rooms were clean and bigger than expected. Staff was very nice and always asked if I needed anything. Overall a wonderful experience.

The construction was sometimes annoying and hoped all the resort was open. Perhaps next visit.
