"Amazing property, Amazing staff."

The people are great, our Butler Ali was outstanding. Our only complaint would be the quality of the Steak. The food was amazing...except for the steak. Day 1, we had a strip steak, it was ok not great. Day 2 we upgraded for $85 to a waygu filet, that was disgusting. I complained but they insisted that was the correct steak... Day 3 we went to the steak restaurant... they show lovely cuts of meat....none of which made it to our plate. Indian was outstanding, Italian lasagna was amazing, buffet is good. Skip the steak. The spa was also well worth the money

Something for everyone of all ages. Gym was first class well equipped, Antonio and Lezet the trainers made it even better. Great food choices, 24 hr coffee bar with awesome coffee. Superb rooms! Staff were super. The indian restaurant was yum, head chef Ajay Kumar cooked us a special selection of mains. It was one of the best curries I’ve had. Very well run hotel with excellent communication within and great managers - thank you Susanna for looking after us. There’s nothing not to like, highly recommend and 20 mins to airport!

"Excelente hotel all inclusive! Lo único malo es que ya dejan fumar adentro del hotel en las albercas"

El personal es muy atento y como all inclusive es el mejor de San José del Cabo y Los Cabos.

Permiten fumar adentro del hotel y todo el tiempo huele a cigarro, estaba con mis hijos en la alberca y está el humo del cigarro, ojalá cambien su política. Es muy dañino para los niños el humo del cigarro.
