We liked how closed it was from the airport and downtown. It has a beautiful view and great pools for kids and adults. The staff is very friendly, Alejandro, Juan David, nany(at the kids pool) sr Aguilar (the one that helps with the luggage)

We didn’t like the elevators, only one was working out of 4 and they were extremely tiny. Traveling with a child with disabilities made it difficult our last night because none of them were working and we had to walked a lot just to find out that the other ones weren’t working either, we ended up using the staff elevator. We also didn’t like that all the pillows smelled like sweat. It is a beautiful hotel and spending a bit money on little things like that could make a huge difference.

The property was clean, beautiful and didn’t bother selling us additional perks unlike other all inclusive we’ve been to. The chef in the main restaurant was accommodative of our requests. The fitness studio in this property is great and they had good instructors for yoga, Zumba classes as well.

Most restaurants that are claimed to be in the property were closed in most days leaving us only 1 to 2 options at any point. For those with food restrictions (vegetarian) options are further limited. There is abject lack of empathy for food choices. Almost every label above food items are incorrect or misplaced. They throw in a little ham or other meat on every otherwise perfectly vegetarian dish. The Indian restaurant in the property was terrible. Most people serving didn’t know what they were serving and gave wrong dishes. The beach close to the property is deemed not safe for kids which kind of defeats the purpose. Not sure if it’s common throughout Los Cabos. There isn’t a good digital companion to manage reservations and such.

The staff is amazing, hospitality is awesome . Facilities, pool , bars , restaurants great ! Beach access , room service everything was great .

No Indian breakfast Less options for Vegetarian people especially in breakfast. Cabana reservations policy is irritating, mostly unoccupied with reservation tag .Theu should abolish it . Very high prices of spa Uber not allowed inside the property gate , nexus of security staff with taxi unions, you have to walk/ wait on road for uber , only taxi allowed inside .
