Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. Every service exceeded our expectations — from the restaurant, which offered outstanding food and service, to the relaxing and professional massages. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and the pool area was simply amazing We truly had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a flawless stay. Would appreciate some more kid-friendly options on the menu but the team were super accommodating for my fussy eater and there are great restaurants in walking distance

The property grounds are very beautiful. Staff is very attentive and the breakfast location is stunning. Breakfast was very tasty as well. Pool at Villa was quite large!

We didn't get the exact same villa I thought I booked (apparently there were 2 different ones but the pictures on booking.com were from another villa). The villa was not very clean and a bit dated (old paint coming off walls and a LOT of dead flies/bugs inside) but I would still consider it good value for the price we paid.

During our 4-night stay at ARMA, we encountered numerous frogs, bats and even a rat or a mouse on the inside of the ceiling of the villa one night that was gnawing on something. Strong smell of mold coming from the shower and toilet rooms. Interior is generally worn out - pillows and sofas are severely stained (same goes for sunbeds). Refrigerator super old and unclean. The sink was broken and had a sign on it. We wanted to leave as soon as we arrived - but due to Nyepi, we had to stay for two nights. Retrospectively, we should just have left immidiately upon arrival. I ended up being refunded 100% from Booking.com, but I was asked by ARMA to pay 50 % directly to them after the refund, which I unfortunately did. Safe to say, we will not choose this place for another stay in Ubud, and we cannot recommend staying here.
