Stylish 4-Bedroom House near NEC/BHX

Good location Plenty of parking Not far from a shop Plenty of space

Too much stuff ( I know personal taste) but if renting out less clutter is better Not that clean lots of cobwebs on ceiling and in corners Tired and could do with a bit of updating

Good property- attentive staff.

There was a wasps nest outside of the small bedroom at the back.one of us got stung in bed- just be careful if children are in that room they can get in the vent

Very impressed with the size and location was perfect for us. Great break away with my friends for a great price. Clean and good facilities

There are a lot of signs (but I assume they've had bad experiences with guests in the past). We were short on towels but the host was quick to respond

Well equipped kitchen

Dishwasher was not working Described as 2 bathrooms, but actually only 1 bathroom and a downstairs toilet (albeit a very nice one)

We loved the location and was very clean and tidy

Beds could of done with a few more pillows as only one pillow for each person and was quite low down when sleeping in bed on pillow

Really close by to the NEC - great amount of space and easy instructions for use around the house.

The oven only has one rack which makes creating large meals a difficulty but this is my one and only point. The house is superb and exactly what we needed!
