"Would certainly use again if we are around Birmingham"

Had a good stay everything was clean and very warm hopefully left as we found it.

Needed some more wine glasses, and cutlery , tv in lounge would be good as not easy for 4 people to watch in the kitchen area .heating was good once we sorted how to turn it down 👍

"NEC trip"

Lack of kitchen equipment, no shelves in oven to cook. No microwave bowls to cook with. TV very complicated, remote in bedroom not working.

Very clean, just as described

Lake of cooking utensils, no shelf in the oven. Very difficult tv , kept asking to sign in, tv remote in bedroom did not work, batteries furred up inside remote. Numerous light switches all over the ground floor. Lack of lighting in the main bathroom, when trying to shave
