"Comfortable and convenient for an overnight before early morning flight from BHX"

Arrived by taxi from New Street Train station, very easy. Left by taxi following morning for BHX, but saw the property is on bus route X12 to the airport (15mins travel time), bus stop across the road if you don’t have much luggage. Short walk to a local pub, unfortunately wasn’t doing food as having kitchen refurbished (April 2026) so we got a takeaway from next door after pub landlord suggested we could eat it in his function room! At the property we just made coffee and tea, as we left at 5am for the airport.

The location was nice and quiet and very convenient for the NEC

One or 2 of the upstairs bedrooms could do with redecorating to match the quality of the rest of the house

"For one night it was ok!"

Location

Very tired needs some major TLC - peeling wallpaper, missing shower drain hole cover, no tea towel, cooker extractor didn’t work and needs replacing, bathroom door dirty & needs replacing and needs decorating throughout.
